Ensure the dash surface is clean. If the suction mount gets dirty, you can wash it and let it dry before using it again. 3. The fixed disc needs to be pressed for 1 minute and then left to stand for 1 hour for better adhesion. 4. If you have a heavy phone, you can let the long arm lean against the edge of the dashboard to support it. 5. The suction cup mount and fixed disc may harden in the winter, so it's recommended to warm them up with hot air from the air vent before mounting.

Other adapters or USB ports may not provide enough power. 2.
